Should I be worried?

I heard Spencer and Grant laughing hysterically the other day in their room. I came in to see what they were doing, and found them playing with a 'baby.' This should have pleased me, but just take a look at the picture. Real closely... Um, what are they doing to that poor doll?!?!? Should I be concerned about having a new baby around??? When I asked Spencer about it, he said, "Mom, Uncle Stephen taught me this, remember?" Thanks Uncle Stephen! :)
