Update

Been awhile since I posted. Wow. So last weekend I went up to my sister's wedding in Utah. I didn't think I'd be able to go (in fact my doctor advised against it), but since everything looked nice and boring pregnancy-wise, I couldn't resist. We had a great time at the wedding. SO glad I didn't miss it.

Of course cousin time was a real treat. Look at those bright, sunny kids!

My kids have been around Becca and Jay since they met. Getting married wasn't a big deal to my kids at all. Weren't they already married?! At the luncheon, Grant could not stay away from his favorite Aunt. When Becca and Jay kissed after everyone tapped their glasses, Grant said really loud, "Hey! I want a kiss from Jay!" Jay politely refused. Very funny. Just goes to show how much my kids love these guys.

After the wedding some family retreated to a beautiful cabin in Heber, UT. I LOVE Aspen trees! It was fun to be with family post-wedding stress. Unfortunately I was exhausted from the events. I felt like I'd been hit by a truck! Speaking of trucks...

While in UT, we got to bring Cal home with us! He has officially graduated from CR England's Trucking School and is now here in Vegas to stay. I am so relieved. I was very concerned the baby would come early without Cal! Now he's busy looking for a local route that will give us some good home time while this baby's born.



Meanwhile, everyone keeps guessing when this little guy will come. My due date is Aug 25th, but since Grant was 6 weeks early, we were expecting he's have come already. Now it's just a waiting game. I'd forgotten how uncomfortable the last month is! Still, now that dad is home I don't care if I'm 3 days late. We'll just keep waiting...
