Does anyone know how to shrink the header picture so it isn't so stinkin' huge? I mean, my boys are just daaaahling and all... but really. Do you know?
Oh, and resist the urge to reach out and straighten Dallin's little red tie. It kills me every time I look at it. If I could just reach out and give that tie a quick flip, it would be just perfect! Trying not to want to fix it....must fix it!

Sorry, can't help But I do love the picture. I don't think it needs to be any smaller.
Hey Bethany! Cute boys--I love that picture. Did you click the "shrink to fit" box when you entered the picture? If you did then you'll probably have to go into the HTML code stuff and make the pixels smaller (I really have no idea what I am talking about, but it has worked for me...) Just give me a holler and I'll walk all the way across the street and show you if you want... :)
If the shrink to fit box doesn't work:
Scroll down in the html code under the "Header" section where it says:
#header-wrapper {
width:500;
margin:0 auto 10px;
border:0px solid $bordercolor;
}
Instead of "width:500" change it to what you want. (Yours might actually say "width: 600" or something similar) I would guess that you would want to change it to about 450. Mine is at 500. But your pic is taller than mine. It just depends on how big you want it.
This is the trick: change the number and hit save. THEN go remove the pic from the header and save. Add the pic again and make sure you hit "shrink to fit". If the pic is still too big, or is now to small, repeat the process. Try a different number. Just make sure you save and remove the picture and re-enter it again. That is the trick.
Hope that works for you. If it didn't make any sense let me know. ;) (sometimes I don't explain things well).
Great picture! I've had the same problem myself, and then when I try to shrink the photo, it doesn't fit across the whole header. Frustrating!
No advice, just love those boys. It is amazing
how different there little faces are. Just
all three very handsome!
Thanks for the advice! It's great to have smart friends. :)
