I totally chopped my hair yesterday!
I've been anti-short hair for a long time, so this was a big move...
It all started when I got a cheap haircut in Henderson. I decided I couldn't wait any longer, so when Cal got home I went to the nearest 'Super Cuts' type place. Boy, did I regret that! She butchered the side of my hair and I've had 2 cuts since trying to repair it. Finally, I went to my very talented cousin Debbie, who convinced me to cut it short to even things out. Go Debbie! I was too chicken to do the A-line cut, plus I need to grow the sides a little more. But that's my next cut.
I still surprise myself when I walk by the mirror. And it was hilarious to shock Cal last night when I picked him up, since he's always been a fan of my hair longer. But heh. He didn't consult me when he started loosing his hairline. :) Ha ha. Actually, he loves it because it makes me smile, and I look better with short hair, smiling, than long stringy hair, but grumpy about it.
I agree.
Yeah for short hair!

I think you look gorgeous! That is really a very sleek, professional look.
Looks great! I've been considering the chop for a while, but I've spent the past year growing out my hair and think I should "enjoy" it for a while. Although I know I look better with short hair. :) I always feel a bit sassier after I cut my hair short. It's fun!
I like it! It's very cute.
I LOVE it!!! There is nothing like a good chopping of the hair to make you feel like a new woman, eh? I think that it frames your face very well...yeah for a new look for Fall!
You look awesome, hot mama! I whacked my hair on Saturday at long last. Just below my chin, much easier, much faster to blow dry and style! Maybe I'll shower more often now, LOL! :)
You look so pretty, Bethany! I love the look on you. Your smile looks so pretty--and have you lost weight? Your face looks thinner... (Not that it looked fat before - ah, you've always gotta be careful with those comments...) Ever since I cut my hair short, I actually started doing it rather than pulling it up in a ponytail or bun... Pretty cool! Much like yourself :)
Super cute! I love it!!
Ok. You are too kind. And the losing weight comment? Sierra, I'll be sending some chocolate your way. :)
Now if only I could figure out how to style it exactly the same... I've been having a few fights with the round brush of late.
Wow! I love it! Kudos to Debbie, she did a great job. It's always nice when you can find someone who will just do what they think and it turns out great. We miss you guys!
Wooohooo! Cute! That's what I feel like doing right now. Sweet freedom!
